How It All Started?

When contemplating my first blog post for my new English webpage, a memory resurfaced—my initial foray into blogging about the “woo business” dates back to 2010. I started blogging in English.

Why English? I was too afraid to write in Slovenian. Until then, I had been a successful marketing manager in the corporate world. Essentially, I was “coming out” with my true beliefs about conscious creation, the Law of Attraction, etc.

So, I mulled over writing about conscious creation for a long time without taking any action. Until the urge to express my true self became so overwhelming that I didn’t care if people threw tomatoes at me. 😊

However, just to be safe and keep this blog hidden from those close to me who knew the “corporate” Barbara, I started blogging in English!

The moment I hit the “publish” button was one of the hardest moments in my life. No joke! But I simply couldn’t hold myself back any longer.

To my surprise, people didn’t throw tomatoes at me; instead, they liked what I wrote and asked for more! And I wrote more! Taking it a step further, I began sharing my blogs on social media. It became easier and easier.

Encouraged, I started blogging in Slovenian. I noticed that people were hungry for this kind of knowledge. Every time I published a blog, it became easier until it became natural.

Since then, I’ve built a successful coaching business, worked with thousands of people, pioneered the Access Bars technique in my home country Slovenia, and now, forteen years later, I am coming back! Returning to blogging in English too! Crossing borders!

Maybe there, across the borders, are people who would like to work with me too! And it all started with one step. Now, looking back, it may seem trivial, but believe me, it was not. If I hadn’t taken this first hard step, I wouldn’t be here today, talking to you!
